The restaurant should fire the manager for the upstairs section. I have been to this restaurant 4 times, overall the 1st 3 times it was very good, last time it was a disaster because of the manager! This last time I went there on Sat. evening, the place was almost full, therefore, ordered food to go. Then I went upstairs and saw an empty table and asked if it is available, the mgr said it was and I was seated. I mentioned to him that I had already ordered the food to go and to bring the same to the table when ready. After few minutes he came with my order. The food was burned and cold. When I complained and mentioned that this is NOT the quality of food of this restaurant, he took the plate and commented that he will replace it. Again, after few minutes he brought back the plate apparently same food with olive oil braised on the meat for an appealing appearance. After few bites, it was enough for me. Then I found out that my original order was never brought to me as it was ready downstairs. God only knows whose leftover food I was served!!
