I came to the hotel at 12:30 and now at 15:00 we still did not get all our rooms. We booked 3 rooms but we got only one. It is really unprofessional to wait for so long when the staff said our rooms will be ready in 10-15min. I won’t come to this hotel again. Intercontinental is much better choice in Doha.More

Family with kids summer offer
Our staying was very good overall. Swimming pool not coming like before, need to maintain, a lot of floor tiles are broking, it still good but need to pay more attention.
The beach was great as usual, professionally arranged.

Transit visit
We had a very good experience. Our return flight was delayed and the hotel extended our stay as well as offering advice on activities to do with the extra time. The breakfast was excellent. Having a facility to visit for a drink as well as a snack was an unexpected extra.

Family week end
Three days with family and kids .. we had a lot of fun exellent hotel and good service .. we enjoyed the family villa easy access for the sweinming pool and beach .. so you could enjoy the swimming in the sea .. they have diffrent resturant so you could enjoy diffrent varity of food .. nice gym and indoor swimming pool.

I recommend visitors to sellect the best month to visit Qatar .. at least to avoid July and August . 4 locals they know how 2 adjust

All areas within the hotel were excellent. The only downside to our whole experience this time and last time was the SMBC. Again the service here was at best 2 star and exactly as we experienced last time. The venue itself was perfect but the staff therein were simply not interested. This may explain why after breakfast the place is extremely quiet....
