I stayed 2 days the first day was not good they had a mantanence in the main pool so we asked for checkout and come next day they said no we can give you a complementary night and we can stay this night at the hotel really thank you Mr. Karan Lal he was so nice More

a little old style
a nice old decoration but big welcoming entrance it reminds me of Egyptian style and touchs.
the staff is kind and helpful although it seems like they are under staff.
the facilities and pools are very large good for families with children.

Excellence
This hotel have been more than excellent to me and my son. Food, room service and friendly staff made me more than welcome everytime I stayed in. Dunes is a relaxing evening with extended happy happy hour till 10 from Saturday to Thursday. Friday where you can have Liquid Brunch with DJ that wont make you sat long on chair coz you wanna dance on the floor. The mixture of many nationalities of staff plus always being friendly in Dunes have made me feel welcome and feeling that I'm at home. Beach is a place where you tanning and sheesha in the same time.
The love of staff showed whenever you go around the hotel.
Keep up the excellence work. Can't wait till my next stay.

Amazing hotel in Doha
Lovely place to stay in Doha.The hotel looby and bar room is spectacular.The staff is really friendly and rooms are clean and nice.You can walk around in a shopping mall just in front of the hotel .The pool is also nice and facilities are 5 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel
This was a great hotel. Very clean with lots of friendly staff. Lovely Thai restaurant too. Most taxis knew location of the hotel too. Mall across the road was really nice and handy too. Great pool too

Large comfortable Hotel.
Stayed here on a business trip. Was put in a room on the 5th floor, with facilities on the 5th floor to have snacks, drinks and breakfast. Room is large, with a balcony, also in the room is tea/coffee making facilities, also a mini bar (with max prices). The hotel has numerous restaurants to choose from, I tried the Thai and the food and service very good. The bathroom has both shower and bath. Bed comfortable and the TV has programs in many languages. Wifi has a reasonable speed, fine for emails and the like, may struggle with streaming however.
My room doesn't have a particularly good view, can really only see cranes and building work, but being on business doesn't bother me, if you can ask for a sea view.
I have found all staff to be very attentive, helpful and polite.
I would certainly stay here again
