Enjoyed the Armenian delicacies, very unusual stuff. Nice atmosphere, nice decor. i loved the dumplings in yogurt sauce. i also loved the cheese filo pastries.
Very nice salads. the dessert was also nice and tasty (Osmallieh)
Would definitely go back again.

Went there last week, what an improvement, was there a couple of months ago and wasn;t satisfied, but this time a huge difference. Quality and taste where great, service was quick, but expensive, we ordered only mezze, no main course and we ended up paying 33US/person,
Overall a great experience, the food is very light, not heavy, with a good the choice and variety, recommended

Foregoing the anticipated crowds for dinner time, we opted for lunch here recently. Wonderful atmosphere with beautiful carvings, upholstery, and other Armenian/Lebanese decor from the early 20th century. We may have been a little early as the place was nearly empty at 1 p.m. Food preparation was thoughtful and authentic but not outstanding as I had been led to expect from other reviews. Prices were also a bit high though not outrageously so. Recommended for a different Beirut dining experience.

We had always heard that Beirut's restaurants are famous.
Therefore we checked the top restaurant lists to make a program for our evening meals.
We realized that Mayrig was one of the best restaurants in Beirut and made a resrvation .
This is a must, as the place was completely full. Mayrig is located in a lovely house and the clients eat in the main hall or separate rooms. The decoration is very tasteful.
Even the menu is very beautiful.
As we are from Turkey, all the food were clearly understandable and we chose easily.
We had su börek, mutabbel, eggplant kibbeh, dolma (stuffed vegetables) , lentil köfte, hummus which were all really very good. We had arak ( Ksara) with the meal which was again excellent.
The espresso at the end was the best coffee I had in Lebanon.
