The locals will wax lyrical on how great this place is. But that's just Beirut; hotspots tend to come and go and the "fashion" changes. Cle is extremely packed, to a point where normal movement becomes impossible. It's not a bar, it's not a nightclub, and it's too busy to be a restaurant. The food - although good - is not exceptional.
Unless you're in a group and secure a decent table, I'd say go elsewhere for dinner. If you're after a little bit of clubbing, there are more vibrant places, and if you just want a drink, then it really isn't a "pub" in the traditional sense.
