This is a great hotel, it is a hidden gem.
The staff is so kind and will do their best to make your stay comfortable.
I have been upgraded to a suite. I found it great... very comfortable, clean, trendy, made will high quality materials and finishing.
The suite has 1.5 bathrooms.
The bed is so comfortable and the TV channels are diverse and nice.
Free WiFi is available in the hotel but the issue is that I had to sue it in the sitting room as the signal was weak in the bedroom.
The view was not nice (backyard with construction and high rise buildings, however, they have rooms with nice view.
Another issue that might be important to you is that the curtains don't have a blackout which might be annoying for some travelors.
The mini bar was full, there is also a refrigerator, cooker, kitchen utensils, and the amazing thing is an Espresso Machine with coffee capsules to use.
There also you can find an electric kettle with refillable tea, coffee, sugar, and sweetener.
The breakfast was ok and sufficient and there was nothing special about it. Every day the same items.
The hotel has a Gym but I had no chance to see it or use it.
If I’m going to stay in a hotel in Beirut, then definitely I will choose Saifi Suites

I'm usually a regular at Le Gray but this time we were a few couples for a night out in Beirut so we decided to give this one a shot .
Clean , decent size rooms and bathrooms , very comfortable bed , diligent service and has an appropriate level of "feel good" atmosphere .
I liked the fact that most rooms have a balcony - great for smokers who don't want to stink up the room - but remember , this is Beirut so you can practically nudge the person in the opposite building.
I like boutique hotels but they do have a downside : no pressing after 19:00 etc. .
Location is great , a street down from Gemayze and couple of blocks away from the shopping area .
I'll certainly return .

Room Tip: Being noisy Beirut i would request a higher floor but not too important because the hote's on a...

Location? Can't get better unless you want to be on the beach. Service? Really warm, friendly. Rooms? Really nice sized, clean, well maintained – and new. So, what else?

Yes, this is a spotless hotel right in the middle of the city. It's a short walk from the famous bars and pubs of Gemmayze and also the central district. the Martyr's Square, the blue mosque. You'll be able to walk around and enjoy the wonderful architecture of resurrecting Beirut.

The inside of the the hotel is really modern – with quite a few stunning pieces of art and modern sculpture thrown around the lobby. The reception staff are friendly, and are quick. They also help you get taxis and have tips handy. The rooms are really nice sized and the beds are very comfortable. The mini bar is well stocked. There's an ironing board and iron provided to ease out the wrinkles. And there's a large balcony to sit out in the evenings and relax over drinks. The bathroom was big with a really luxurious power-shower.

In the evening you can have dinner at the restaurant in the lobby – or choose to sit outside. The wine list includes some excellent Lebanese wines, and the pizza we had was just outstanding. Breakfast is not much to write about, and it seemed the breakfast service was a bit surly.

Overall, I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Really enjoyed my short stay. And Beirut, is beautiful as always.

Room Tip: Room 206 has a nice view.

Excellent modern facilities, great having a balcony for a cold beer after sightseeing. Good location for exploring. Reception staff very friendly and professional.
Breakfast in the attached restaurant was fine. Staff extremely abrupt though (I don't speak French but even those that did seemed to get the same rude service). I think the restaurant is separately owned to Saifi, so want to reiterate what an excellent place it is to stay and would happily stay there again.

Room Tip: I had a room on the 4th floor. It was noisy on the balcony (as expected as Beirut traffic is mad...

Nice brand new hotel at a prime location.
You are close to all the Gemmayze bars and restaurants, and 5mn away from Beirut Central District.
The rooms are big, and super clean, with nice bathrooms where you're sure to have hot water and strong water pressure.
Our room didn't have that great a view with a building under construction just facing it, though on the plus side, it had a small balcony, a kitchenette with all the basic amenities.
On the downside, when we arrived, there was no one at the door to welcome us, or carry our luggage, and the breakfast was very basic with a limited choice.
Overall, I wouldn't mind at all staying there another time, mostly for its location, decent price, and clean big rooms.

Room Tip: The higher the room you can get, the better, you will gain at least some view over the surrounding b...

Stayed for a night with my wife and was a night to remember.. Loved the design, extremely friendly staff, check in - out 5mins, spacious rooms, very comfortable, very clean, very nice kitchenette in the room, great value for money and perfect location in the middle of down town Beirut, 2 mins walking from jemmayzi street (pubs and rests), 10 mins walking from the shopping area.. Best for leisure and business for the city lovers.
