The place is nice and very elgantly designed, the service team were very welcoming and friendly and the music surrounding is boosting the mood.
The food is a magical desplay that you won t be able to resist.
You get to taste as many platters as you can from hot and cold traditional.mezza dishes then you get to be offered the day's main dish.
My only comment was that if your kids are picky eaters like mine...they won t enjoy it.
You also get a nice selection of desserts to finish your meal experience with a full stomach that can last for 2 days.
Overall, I highly recommend it as it is a unique food fest reflecting deeply the oriental lebanese culture.
Enjoy!

Everyone in Lebanon says you should visit! I have paid a visit on 16/05/2019 there but in overall it was less than average. It is a very small restaurant, too crowded and too noisy.
People who work there are very arrogant and disrespectful. When we first entered, the person taking care of our table told us" Do you know it is 66 USD per person?" with an air of superiority. While serving they were really disrespectful. If you go for Iftar, there is no music and they all keep on telling you that you need to leave at 10 pm.
By the way, the food is OK, you can find better Lebanese food in Beirut than Em Sherif. While we got the desserts, we noticed he did not give us the full desserts as everyone else.
However, thanks to the manager Mr. Ali he was a very nice and respectful person (I wished they all work as professionally as him) and offered us to come back to visit Em Sherif. He was insisting but we refused because it is really not worth it and because I really hated the whole enviornment. Their seats are so UNcomfortable!
I would not recommend it for anyone, unless you want to waste your money and time.
The only thing I enjoyed was the lemon mint juice.

They gave such a bad image on the Lebanese hospitality.

Fancy and stylish restaurant in Beirut. We went there with a big group of 15 people: the service is outstanding with many waiters looking after you (sometime, maybe, even too much but i believe it is just cultural). We did the set menu which is 65USD per person and tons of food: starting from cold mezze (hummus, babaganoush, moussaka etc) hot mezze and then some meat dishes and desserts (be sure to get the dried fruits porridge)
Wide selection of wines, a bit pricey.
Just one note: the live music was very loud and almost difficult to speak sometimes.
Recommended for a night with an extra treat, price are medium-high but totally worth the experience.
