We had a great dinner and wonderful evening at the restaurant. The food was really tasty and delicious. We got an enormous amount of food to our table and we couldn’t eat it all. Save some space for the desserts!

Em Sherif restaurant is a great place which serves very tasty food. It serves authentic middle eastern / Lebanese food, and it really tastes very good. My only complaint was that they serve you whatever they have set to serve, so it is not an a-la-carte option. They just bring food to your table, then more food, then other selections of food. It is too much food, that most of it gets thrown away. That does not make me feel good. I hate throwing food away. I also don't like too many variations of food on the table, and certainly not too much if it. Price wise it is I think $65 per person so if you want to eat tasty food, lots and lots of it, this is your place.

We booked a table 20 days in advance and they confirm us the booking. The day before our visit,the restaurant called me in order to confirm the booking and I confirmed it again. Finally, few hours before our well planned visit, they call our hotel saying :” sorry, we do not have a table for you, we made a mistake...but if you like we can accommodate you party tomorrow night” . Even if very upset, we decided to give them again a chance, and we moved our booking. But than....next day, late afternoon, the restaurant called us again saying there were fully booked so NO TABLES!!!!!! So unprofessional, so pretentious! Do you think costumers are puppets in your hands?To me, you could be even (and I’m not sure about it) a good restaurant, but this is foolish!! You’ll never see me again, and for all other costumers, I suggest to be ready to this ( I know from other friends that this is not the first time it happens). Bye bye.
