I feel extremely happy when I visited the restaurant , nice staff & excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who has a hobby of testfood variety.

It is one of the famous fine restaurants serving typical Arabian delicious food in Beirut . This involves countless list of dishes coming to your table one after the other without you having the trouble of choosing what to eat ! Try not to eat much from each dish as they are too many to handle. The staff are friendly .It is nice & clean place with a live oriental music band of two men

I have been trying to go to it for few trips and finally we managed to get a booking so I advice that you book early. You can also check the times when they have live music, we didnt unfortunately make it to the live entertainment timing. The food is sooo much so I recommend you go in groups and go on an empty stomach. Once there just taste from each dish because they keep putting more and more dishes so in order to make it to the end dont eat much from any plate. They offer all traditional Lebanese starters, main course and desserts. They have also very good argilah ( water pipe) espically the apple flavour.

Em Sherif used and still to be the best Lebanese fine dining restaurant in Lebanon. But it is very unpleasant the way the telephone opertors who took the reservations over the phone, how he just blocks any booking. They are always full and never able to do any reservation over the phone and even never felt that the operator shows any empathy. I believe even for marketing purposes making out of a place available sur place full over the phone is very bad. Sorry but I am tired from calling and never any booking is accomodated.

Excellent Food indeed. Isn't this why one goes to a restaurant. To enjoy the food and the company.
But the atmosphere is getting tainted and more polluted by the day. It is a real pity, that I have now to think twice and thrice before deciding to go to one of the best restaurants in Lebanon. And frankly, sometimes I just pass. The water pipe (shisha, arguile) has gone out of control.

Please note that we do take extra measures with our ventilation system in order to maintain a smoke-free environment, however, sometimes it's hard to manage when it gets too crowded. On another note, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed our food! We highly suggest you visit us again during Lunch when it's less crowded... Again, thanks for sharing and hope to see you!
