The restaurant itself is lovely, it has great atmosphere and is decorated to make it feel homely and also cosy. There is nothing worse than a blank canvas in a restaurant, especially when the food is so colourful.
Onto the food. Go Hungry, there is lots, I think we had some 42 different dishes. First round is like the vegetarian course, then comes a meat course and then a desert course, bare in mind that the first two courses consist of about 16/16 different each! Small amounts from each dish is suggested, otherwise you just won't get round to tasting them all. In the main I really enjoyed the vast majority of dishes the ones I wasn't keen on only contained ingredients I didn't like, so nothing down to the actual dish itself, for example, I really don't like olives, so dishes with olives in wasn't for me.
They do tell you what each dish is, but they said things so quickly that we couldn't quite understand, but we are English, so I didn't expect to understand all of them. The only thing I would say, is that it might have been nice if they could have taken their time to explain it to us, we did after all look very English. Service was very good in the main. Took a long time to get the bill, but they were packed.
Be warned, if you don't like smokers at meal time, this is not the place for you, as all the locals not only seem to smoke, but are also into having shisha at meal times. It was a little overwhelming if I'm honest, as neither of us smoke.
All in all it is very much worth a visit and you must book. For true authentic food, this is the place to go.
