Very nice atmosphere, band playing good (arabic) music. Great service and food. You definitely have to bring a large apetite with you, because the amounts served are just huge and keeping on coming!

If you are in Beirut you MUST visit Em-Sherif restaurant. Very elegant ambiance, excellent service, the food taste like home made, more than 50 type of dishes in a set menu. Remember one thing, you must call for reservations at least 3 days in advance, otherwise no chance at all for walk in customers. This restaurant is a unique experience you will not forget if you like home made Lebanese cuisine.

This is undoubtedly the best Lebanese restaurant in Beirut.
Not only the food is excellent, but the modifications introduced on typical Lebanese plates are simply delicious.
The service is perfect and you enter in a "Feeding Frenzy" that makes your head spin: servers will provide a 30 plates Mezze within 30-60 minutes, in a frenetic ballet. However, you will be able to try everything before it ends.
