This place is so different than any other Oriental restaurant.
I heard about it and everyone was saying how amazing it is, so I tried and I haven't regretted it!
I enjoyed the place because of its special service, The standards that they use are so special; the way all the servers are professional and happy.
Every single dish presented is told its name and served on the table. When I held an item to serve in my plate; someone was rushing to serve it himself and not letting me do it; which shows how attentive and loving the employees are.

About the food; wow! excellent and extraordinary, really. The food was very tasty and different with it's special items and lovely presentation.
I loved that the "mouajjanat" were served on trays and in small quantities (we all know how they make us feel full).

I recommend everyone to visit this astonishing place.

an old style traditional Lebanese house transformed into a restaurant with authentic food can be a great experience and Em Sharif adds the cherry on top.

the menu list, atmosphere, location, decoration, service are all amazing, though I would consider it on the higher scale of price but totally worth it.

Em Sherif offers a blend of traditional Lebanese cuisine with a twist of Armenian / Syrian cuisine, and the result is an exceptional culinary experience. The variety of dishes is amazing, the service is fast, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is just out of this world. A piece of advice would be to go there on an empty stomach because you need all the available space to be able to try out everything they offer. The prices are on the high end but it's worth every penny and it's best to go there with a group of friends so you can share different dishes.
