This Restuarant is my favorite in Beirut the quality and taste of food are amazing , you know that you get what you pay for . The desert is another thing you can't stop once you start. The cosy atmosphere and the Restuarant decor is very nice. When craving lebanese food it's the first Restuarant that comes on my mind.

several dishes - you must try all , but you have to be prepared to eat so much , delicious and very good food .
do not forget the atmosphere and it is preferable to go in family and couples .
alone or one couple is not recommended .

As a Lebanese food lover i have visited most of Lebanese restaurants in Beirut.
therefore i know the differences between them in point of food, service and prices.
When Em sherif opened the restaurant.they served very warmly and they had large variety of mezzas and specially bbq. at that time it wa smy favorite Lebanese restaurant.
during my last visit last week,i was very shocked.it was very ridiculous the way they served us.although we there was 20 different plates on the set menu but we only recieved plates of Lebanese and oriental appetizer and 2 small pieces of meat and 2 chicken as a main course. they make you fill the tables of appetizers with attractive colors that tastes not bad,so when the bbq "Mashawe" arrives you will not have enough space to eat.
compared to this way of service and not very delicous foods they are very over priced beside the set menu price which is approximetly 35$,unfortunatly the drink is not included in it and most of people eat Lebanese food with "arak" therefore they order the drink and as you reach to pay,yu see you have charged approximelty 50$

It's a must visit restaurant. The food is amazing and presented in a very special way. They have a big variety of dishes that they change every day. You don't order from a menu. The dishes keep on coming until you can't taste any anymore. I simply love it
