i am so glad that our friends in beirut neglected to tell us that a car bomb went off down the street from em sherif a few days before our dinner, as this restaurant is not to be missed. there is soooo much food, and it is all delicious. the service is on point and the music/energy in the place is addicting. even if you don't usually enjoy the hookah, i would recommend partaking in this fun tradition. i hack up a lung each time i attempt to smoke anything but it was totally worth it.

The food quality is above average but it's too much to eat. You can easily notice that all tables end up with half full dishes and some un touched. The charges are fixed per person and is too high for Lebanese food. I suggest to reduce the basic quantity of dishes, reduce price and keep option for customers to order whatever extra they want...maybe some special dishes like fish or whatever..

The place is old and luxurious .They serve hot and cold food, cause the oven seen in the lobby.
The characteristic is the way you serve dishes from appetizers to desserts.
Thumbs up!

It is similar to other Lebanese restaurants in the categories of meals served, but it differs otherwise!
The place is antique and luxurious .. They serve fresh hot and cold dishes, thanks to the beautiful oven seen in the lobby.
The unique characters are:
-The way they serve the dishes, as they just come every minute to serve you a chunk from a dish, starting from great variety of salads and starters even freshly hot pastries, main dish chunks, ending with desserts. They serve you every single bite! This way you will have a bite after another presented to you rather than serving your self, unless you decided to do so as they will put some dishes on the table. Some may feel irritated for being served every minutes and feels somewhat stressed to wait for whats next every minute! But I think that even this tingling feeling is interestingly unique!
-High quality recipes with fine delicious and somewhat innovative taste and look.

I ordered lemon-mint drink but it was too sweet and not cold.

Smoking indoor is allowed and shisha (hubble-bubble) can be ordered.

Great service

I recommend it.

Great venue with great food, highly recommended. The service is excellent so are the staff and the food. Great live music, they usually start playing around 10:30 pm. Would go there any day.
