Wow. At this hotel they really make you feel at home. From the uniformed door staff coming out to the car with umbrellas in the rain to the friendly receptionists and the room service team, every staff member went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, especially at Christmas with all the festive decorations. We expected just a modern hipster feel but the hotel also oozes class and history with some great pieces of artwork and design. Our only regret is that we did not know about the Sunday lunch (supposed to be on of the best in Beirut) until it was almost over. It was a festive brunch with a huge range of food & deserts that we will make sure we get the chance to join in next time we stay.

Thank you to all the staff & management for making our stay fantastic, we will be back!

Room tip: No better hotel for those Christmas feels! Great staff & service

We booked two suites to accomodate our six-member family (and following two confirmatory emails that it would be six of us) we checked in and were given two standard rooms which were barely enough for four. The front desk pretended they were fully booked until I went down with a heavy hand and all of a sudden they found one suite and an adjoining standard room. One of the front desk staff admitted privately that those were our rooms that should have been allocated to us all along. No offiicial apology given however - and no gesture to make up for the inconvenienve of a large family late at night. Poor service continued when we asked the concierge to book restaurants and taxis - they couldnt find what their colleagues had booked and they never remembered it was six of us. To top it all off: we enquired for chauffered car for a day trip. We were quoted USD 260. We found the same through a local friend at precisely half the price. I dont think we'll be going back

Allow me please to clarify that you have booked a family room which consists of 2 bedrooms (not suites) with king size bed connected to another twin bedroom as stated on Booking.com and to which was granted to you with one room upgraded to a suite.

As for the chauffeured car for a day trip, the quoted price was offered by a third party limousine company used by all 5 star hotels in Beirut, which has fixed rates that could not be discounted or changed by the Hotel.

We would like to thank you for your comments and please rest assured that no efforts will be spared.

I stayed in Le Bristol with friends for a long weekend back in October. The hotels location was perfect and walking distance from so many nice restaurants and bars. We stayed for three nights and could not fault the hotel. A special mention to the receptionist Mohamed, who was so friendly and helpful during our stay. He gave us lots of recommendations of things to see and do around the city and also rang various companies for price comparisons. Mohamed definitely made our stay in Le Bristol more enjoyable and we will definitely be back to visit!

I would like to send all my thanks to Mohamed in reception. From the moment we arrived he was so helpful and welcoming. We asked him so many questions and he gave such detailed answers with lots of advice also. Even when we were checking out he made everything so easy and had a taxi ready and waiting for us. We can't wait to visit again

The hotel very centrally located and one of the most established privately owned hotel in Beirut. Rooms very clean, bed very comfortable. Even though it was a basic room it was equivalent to a superior room in other 5 star hotels. Fruits water and other complimentary items left in the room. Late check out was not an issue. Staff make you feel as part of the family. Very secure hotel. Price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I would visit this hotel again and again and recommend to others.
