At first, the sign brought to mind images of addicts in withdrawal (cultural differences – delirium tremens/DTs !) - but it was obviously a restaurant (relief). The location is as central as one can get in Beirut, on the edge of Solidere, beside The Grey. Fusion is ubiquitous and can offer great outcomes, but this proposition, while reflecting trends in broadening the offering, is let down by quality and imagination. I had chicken that lacked any flavour, looked as if it was mass produced and needed a request for toum (lebanese garlic sauce) and a glass of Ksara to give it interest. The others had what I reckon were adequate but formulaic plates. Possibly among the more disappointing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my visit - but only because of the company.
