Description: n Broumana, in the middle of a forest of pine and oak, there’s a private vineyard, gardens, waterfalls, and a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the heart of it all, lies Mounir; a 4 decade old restaurant that stands for excellence in Lebanese food, founded by Mounir Fadel who has always been so fond of nature and the true authentic Lebanese hospitality.

This restaurant serves typical Lebanese food. Fruits and vegetables are organic. It's also very safe to eat raw meat as it is controlled. They have a wide menu variety and are very clean and generous. You better reserve before going cause though it's big, it's always crowded.

You can't pass by Broumana without having a stop at Mounir's. You have to try the authentic Lebanese mezza while enjoying the warm clean professional Lebanese food service.

Easy Uber ride from the center to a mountain retreat with a beautiful view of the city. Excellent reasonably priced Lebanese cuisine in a garden setting. No tourists which was a plus . Only turn offs is that it is one of those Lebanese mega restaurants (there had to be at least 100 long tables) and the maitre d'hotel would not accommodate us with a table directly at the vista edge despite the fact that the table remained empty our entire time there

This place is an old classic that needs some polishing. We visited in the summer when the outdoor (albeit covered) area is open. It's nice if you get a table by the view, otherwise it just feels like a noisy and crowded dinning hall with lots of small children and shisha smoke. Okay to try, but don't expect an elegant experience.

This is my first visit to Mounir since i have tried coming there almost ten years ago and surprisingly it was closed that day with no prior notice.

As soon as we have arrived, we were told that since we don’t have a reservation we many get a first view on the balcony overlooking the mountains. We got a third row table. We didn’t get attention of the waiters till almost 10 minutes later to be handed with a menu.

The food was good in light of the warm weather. The place is must try for the atmosphere especially when the weather is nice. The food is good but compared to other places, the price and quality are overrated.
