Dear Gou team,
I also had the same "joe" experience. I reviewed your below response to Joe and it's good to see that customers' comments are taken into consideration. However, i have always wondered how come restaurants in Lebanon never offer a discount or a free meal to dissatisfied customers, especially when the flaw is clearly the restaurant's. This is a common practice in the US and Europe.
However in Lebanon, and in In a best case scenario, restaurants tend to apologize from dissatisfied customer (and i must say they do it profoundly... Lebanese are quite good in communication) or in a best case we end up with a complimentary cake (typically a left over or items with low turnover or super high fat/calory-levels that don't suit today's eating habits).
Therefore, I had hoped to see in your response to Joe a discount or free meal offer.
PS: the very good rating that I gave is for the food quality of Gou.
