“worst new years eve ever”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

A party of 9 of us booked here for New Years dinner. It was a set menu at KD15. One choice of starter, which was two prawns and a spoonful of salmon. None of us could eat the main course as it was so bad. The sweet again one choice was awful. Some of our party could not eat sea food, after much hassle it was agreed we could order a meal for starters from the childrens?? menu at an extra cost.

I do not drink fizzy drinks which were included on the menu, requested coffee for which there was an extra charge.

Again after asking to see the manager I ordered a burger from again the childrens menu as I was so hungry.

The so called DJ played music so loud all evening that even conversation was impossible.

I have been to this restaurant before and the food was very good so was looking forward to the night, instead I couldn't wait to get home.

“One Time Never Again”
Reviewed November 28, 2012

The Hard Rock looks exactly like any other around the world, they have a souviner shop, nice deco...BUT do NOT eat here, we tried this place once and would never go back, food terrible and over priced compared to all ocean rest. Service is week at best. Its almost always empty...so much so their parking lot is used by bikers and car enthusiasts as a meeting place.
