I think it is called "Yin Yang".
It is at the Hilton Resort, Chinese and Thai cuisine.
We sat outside. The patio is very pleasant, with a view of the sea. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The menu is not extensive but the dishes are carefully chosen. We particularly enjoyed the appetizers, the salads and the Crispy banana roll with vanilla ice cream. The overall quality of the food was good.
A good place to dine on your own if you are there on business, or for a a couple, families or friends. I would go there for the general atmosphere and the service, rather than for the food though. It is a 30 minute drive from Kuwait City. It is not cheap but I would say that prices are average for Kuwait. There is a 15% service charge.
What I liked: The décor and the outside patio.
What I didn’t like: The average quality of food, the limited Thai menu and the fact that the restaurant was open only for dinner.
Rating: Between Bombastic and Not
A few months back at the US Embassy event we got the chance to taste food from Yin Yang..it had a beautifull big booth with a live station and one of the chef preparing their signature dishes..personally i didnt enjoy what i ate that night but it was just one dish so i cant really review on that...this restaurant replaced the Blue Elephant Restaurant..
They have a good menu for all those who enjoy good Thai cuisine!!
Note: No delivery available yet but you can call in and place your order and then pick it up from the restaurant...
