Rooms: the rooms are clean with basic comfort. The bathroom could however be given more care. A new, fresh touch would be welcome. For instance, there are no separations between the bath and the toilet, and this is something which can easily be fixed with a very low investment (just a good quality curtain to start with). General cleanliness is ok! The access to internet is excellent.
Location: taking the grand bazar and the museum locations as reference, the hotel is about 15-20 minutes to everything by taxi (cheap: about 2 dollars for a trip)
Breakfast: unacceptable for the price of the room. Just a boiled egg, a cup of tea and some bread.
Price: the overall service is not proportional to the rates. The rooms have the same price as those you would pay in a good Ibis in Paris (or for an excellent hotel in Isfahan, Iran - The Setareh for instance) but does not necessarily follow in terms of quality. It is therefore highly overcharged for this reason. A better breakfast and a reformed bathroom could easily fix this up.
Hospitality: excellent. Despite some communication problems the people working at the reception were really very kind and helpful. They did much more than what any traveller could expect (going to the bus station with us, get the tickets and sit us on the bus...). A 100% satisfaction in this point!More
