Very nice hotel in a convenient location in North of Tehran.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping with ordering food, taxis, and for us to use the gym and the swimming pool.

I have stayed in various hotels in Tehran whilst visiting family, and this place was by far better than any of the established large hotels. Much cleaner and more comfortable.

The only downside was the slightly dated furniture but in comparison with what you get at the hotels, much better.

Highly recommended.

We only had about 7 hours to stay before heading to the airport, but after a long road journey throughout Iran, this apartment was a welcome respite. The apartments are modern decor with quality furniture. We had 2 bathrooms, a modern equipped kitchen, food bar, leather sofas, beautiful beds, modern TVs, etc. Oh, it was so pleasant to look out the windows at the quiet greenery on the hillside location! We took a walk to a trendy Euro style coffee bar/pizza and enjoyed the winding hillside streets with the water sluices running full alongside. The view of the mountains of north of Tehran were breath-taking. Don't let the hotel's unpretentious entrance deter you. We're planning a return visit.

Last July my husband and I had our friends from UK come to Iran for our wedding. We talked to different hotels and Melal Group of Hotles provided us with a rather good deal. My husband did all the negotiation with them and since he was not here most of the communication was on emails.

Our friends arrived in Tehran, checked in and the rooms were okay.

On the night they were checking out we got a call from them (they were late for the airport) saying that the hotel reception is charging them more. We drove to the hotel and the reception didn't seem to know anything about our agreement with the group manager, Mr. Azari. Since it was late at night and we couldn't reach the manager and our friends were late, we paid 1000 dollars extra knowing that we could get it back the day after when we call Mr. Azari.

From the next day for a month we kept calling him and explaining to him and referring to emails he sent and all he did was to hang up on us and refuse to talk to us. He was rude and his behavior for a manager of a top chain group was unacceptable.

In the last one year I have been telling everyone I know to avoid going to a hotel with such little regards for customer satisfaction.

Staff is professional and helpfull. Room is wide and clean.
10 min walk from Tajrish Bridge (Square). I recommend as first choice to stay in teheran both for work or tourism. Internet available at all time for free in room (access filtered) and hall.
Main channels available with TV were: RAI news (italian) BBC World (not perfect) DW (german but in english) TV 5 monde (francaise). Area is safe, no problem coming back to the hotel at 01 am.

All iranians are friendly and welcoming...Teheran is beautifull with it's mountains around
