The place: Is so nice. it used to be of Teheran's "Key Club" many years ago but still in a very good shape and a very nice place to have lunch or dinner.
Service: Was more than acceptable, the waiter gave us a detailed explanation of the foods on the menu that we wanted to know about.
Food: (That we ordered):
- Gourmet salad; the sauce was tasty but they used conserved artichoke which was disappointing to see in the restaurant that is claimed to be a top-end one, it raises the question that why you should use canned ingredient while you can use fresh alternatives!
- T-bone steak with BBQ sauce which was fine,
- Fish platter (Sorkhou) which was overdone but the topping was tasty. (I think most Iranian chefs do not know how to cook seafood properly)
The price: expensive!
My overall view: Good food but nothing special in proportion to your expectations of a place like that and also the bill you’re paying. The most impressive aspect is it's building and ambiance!
