We are a couple from Australia travelling in Iran for the first time. Raha from Markar Travel was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions (including when we changed our plans beforehand) and he kept in constant contact when we were in Iran to make sure everything was ok. We were able to book and pay for everything from Australia which we liked and the prices were very reasonable to us.
