everything is perfect there. for Bistango which is the restaurant of Ramtin Hotel, you'd better go with Taxi or reserve a table together with Parking place which is possible.

As an iranian ,I have to say the food quality is good but not the best in tehran, I prefer Alborz restaurant and Nayeb (in vali-asr) for lunch.but I have to add the deserts are great at bistango.

I agree with one of comments about the arogant staff!! Unfortunately it goes in some iranians!

We had a room for 4 nights (on and off) in the hotel where this restaurant is located. Our 1st visit was for dinner, ordering lamb rack, prawn pasta, coffee and dessert - very good quality food, presentation and service with price including taxes 800,000 rial (80 USD). Our 2nd visit was on return to Tehran, and for dinner we ordered beef fillet, carbonara pasta, coffee and dessert - once again same comments as above, price 580,000 rial. The staff even remembered we preferred a smoking table from our previous visit.

Our 3rd visit, the experience was disappointing. We were greeted at the entrance of restaurant and stated we only would like to order dessert and coffee only. The lady approached a man in a suit and he said no only food. The restaurant had only a couple of tables taken, and it was only 2 pm (it closes at 3pm). A restaurant that turns away easy money (coffee ( x 2 each) and dessert, probably $25 USD) when they are quiet left us with a taste of arrogance...so strongly felt, we decided to inform other tourists of this. The lady who originally greeted us asked if we were staying at the hotel. Is this a pre-requisite for entry?

This restaurant caters for business people and the odd tehranian couple flirting in the darkness....food was great both quality and presentation, desserts delicious, great coffee, large serves, service outstanding and great ambiance. It was let down but our 3rd experience.
