Description: Once upon a time in the district of Adliya, there was an Italian restaurant named Titus Arch. One day, somebody came along from across the bridge and decided to tear down some walls, recreate the look, bring in a much-loved chef from Sardinia and voila!

“Not the place to take kids, however well behaved they are.,,.”
Reviewed December 22, 2011

We dined here the other night with our two young children to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were the only one's dining in the whole of Oliveto that night and yet the waiters still looked very uncomfortable to have the children there, despite the fact they were impeccably behaved. The service was extremely efficient but not at all warm. The food was great - bruscetta to start, lasagne for the kids, hammour baked in salt for us with delicious creamy spinach. Despite it being very obvious it was my husband's birthday (cards and us singing to him!) they didn't wish him a happy birthday or bring a little slice of cake with a candle on it or anything. In fact, when we tried to order chocolate cake they only had tiramisu, delicious but surprising for an Italian restaurant to have so few desserts. I thought the place totally lacked atmosphere and warmth, especially for a family visit. We'd choose 'Block 338' (a restaurant almost next door) next time which is a favourite but we just thought we'd have a change - back to what works next time!

Oliveto restaurant is a tipical italian restaurant. Tha personel are very friendly and professional, the atmosphere is quite. The only thing is light at dinner for me a little bit less. The food are fantastic and the wine is Italian (so fantastic).
Also if you don't have a reservation, no problem.
For me is fantastic.
