Description: Maki Bahrain is the “crown jewel” of Moda Mall and the World Trade Center in Manama. After a long day shopping the most prestigious brands at the mall, settle at Maki Bahrain for a fine, contemporary Japanese meal. The lounge is ideal for business and private functions, and after-hours unwinding!

What a treat to experience, all I can say is Presentation, Presentation, Presentation...when you first walk into the restaurant you will see a modern, black and white Asian motif with gives you the feeling of a cool breeze which is nice in Bahrain in the summer. When you sit you are again thrown in to the 21st Century with IPad menu, very clever and easy to use. Your biggest challenge is what to order, there is a wide selections of all. What I would suggest is the start with a tea, the presentation is wonderful almost like a ceremony, watch the server take each step slowly and meticulously to preparing you a great looking and great tasting tea. Next any of the appetizers are great or start with the roll - Maki for your appetizer or mail course. You can continue with fish or beef as a main course - I had the beef and for the Middle East this beef was very good. Again overall great food, great service and great atmosphere, well worth your time and effort to stop by...due keep in mind Maki is not the cheapest but the prices are fair for what you get. Happy eating...
