Ramada Hotel Bahrain

This is an excellent hotel with very polite , professional and friendly staff.I have been coming to this hotel for the last 7 years even before the renovation of the restaurant which became very well decorated with natural day lighting.
The only problem of this hotel is the Kitchen and specially breakfast.Breakfast Menu is very limited and food is not fresh having livid in the area for many years most of the hotel in the middle East they serve a very generous breakfast menu and food varieties compared with Europe and N America.
Must I must be fair and say that the Hotel restaurant specialities Briani and Kebabs are so delicious and worth a try.

We stayed one night in the Ramada. It's an older hotel, but inside it was very clean, well appointed and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable (need to ask for the pork sausages, but they cook them on request, and they are delicious!).
Very convenient location, easy stroll to the shopping area. Overall, cheaper than some hotels, but a very comfortable base.

I booked this hotel based on availability, and feel like I hit the jackpot. It is not brand-new, but it is impeccably clean, my room was very comfortable and well-furnished, and the staff were exemplary, anticipating my needs like giving me a late checkout at 4 since I asked them to arrange a taxi for me at 4:30. The pool area is beautiful and well-appointed. The massage parlor is wonderful - I got a terrific massage that I cannot get in Saudi Arabia, and the price was great! The restaurants downstairs are well-priced and the food is excellent, from bangers and mash in the pub to the complimentary breakfast buffet. I will stay here next time I travel to Bahrain!

Staying on the 5 th floor with new decor, beds and pillows, excellent comfort. As always we chose this hotel firstly for convenience, friendly staff greet us like old friends and they cannot do enough for you. The band are great if you like a late night dance and the atmosphere in the bar is always lively. For a quick last minute dot com stop over this place fits the bill.

Room Tip: Wifi now works well in the rooms, previously had problems logging on, either they have updated their...

Don't expect a five star accomodation here, nor a terribly large room. All is a little bit old fashioned too. However as a four star hotel in a capital city this had little against it. The staff were totally helpful, and always smiling. Everything was spotlessly clean, especially the pool, and the breakfast buffet was good, if a wee bit predictable. Make sure that you ask for a front room, it really wasn't that noisy, and if appropriate the non smoking floor is the 5th. The view from the unusually small window was of the Gudabiya Palace and the Al Fateh Mosque. The hotel's wi-fi system is admittedly unreliable, but as I write this I have an individual router in my room courtesy of the really helpful IT guy. Just around the corner is the famed restaurant district of Adliya..

Room Tip: See above in the overall review.

The room was very clean and the service was outstanding. The Mystique bar offered decent food and drink along with good entertainment in a friendly atmosphere. There are dozens of good restaurants within a few minutes walking. The breakfast buffet was very good complimentary offering. A little bit dated and the wifi was marginal, but an outstanding value.

From the outside of the building I wasn't expecting much, despite the hotel being a Ramada. However, once inside I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and cleanliness. Our room was dated in style but spotless and well maintained. The breakfast room was a lovely, light, airy and relatively modern location. The food at breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and pork bacon too - info. that may be of relevance to those who, like me, often reside in another Middle Eastern country not far from Bahrain.

No prostitution, all night parties, drug dealing, sexual harassment etc. in evidence at this hotel!
