“A little gem of a hotel in Adliya”
Reviewed February 26, 2013

Took advantage of a long weekend in Kuwait to retrace my steps of the time that i used to work in Bahrain.
This hotel is confirmation of the phrase "the best things in life come in small packages". Its not a big hotel, currently only 20 rooms, but that ensures a personal service at all times. Right from the start when booking the room they offered friendly and efficient service. The rooms are spacious, clean and very modern. Free WiFi with good reception, I get annoyed when some hotels charge for this. Breakfast was to a good standard, all the essentials with freshly cooked omelettes to order. Front desk very attentive, Kerstin is the Manager and she's always there to offer help and suggestions. An example was car hire; since they offer complimentary airport pick up/drop off, it means that you don't have to pay a premium for airport car hire since there are good ones in the area that will deliver & pick up at the hotel.
Dont miss out on the Masso restaurant to the rear, I didn't know it was so highly rated but now i see why. Great ambiance, adventurous menu and attentive waitresses without being overbearing. If I tell you that I was sad to come the end of the meal then you get an idea of how good it was. The restaurant staff take pride and obviously love what they do. It looks to be a place frequented by regulars as well as hotel guests, probably advisable to check availability first.
So, all in all a wonderful stay, will certainly recommend to others; the only problem about writing these reviews is that it might be full up when i next decide to come again. Never mind, take advantage of the excellent room rates and get genuine hospitality.

This is a real great deal for stay in town in Bahrain. The hotel situated in a great location right next to famous Adliya restaurants where you can find Thai, Italian, Steak or Chinese cuisine.
The environment around hotel is peace and clean suitable for kids unlike the one in Juffair or Seef area.

The room is clean, big and comfortable especially the king bed. The bath room look modern, clean and what we like the most about the bathroom is the L'Occitane product. Free WiFI at room this is hooking us since we all are addicted to internet and the quality of the net is great, my wife spend hour over skype without interruption. Brilliant!!!

Too bad we didn't have time to try the famous Italian restaurant and the pool bar...may be next time.

I have only two recommendation to the hotel management.
1. You should improve the first impression smell since it hit our nose when we pass the first glass door. I think it's due to the smoking area.
2. TV program is boring it is better to provide with IPTV since you already have WiFi

This is our first stay at the Palace Boutique hotel, I am impress and definitely we shall come back

Room Tip: I recommend King bed room like ours (number 205) and avoid any room that facing the pool (bad view a...

For the price I paid, I doubt there is better quality or value in Bahrain.

The rooms are modern, stylish, spacious, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, great shower, nice toiletries, excellent friendly service, great location, good sports bar, good Italian restaurant, great breakfast, quiet (well soundproofed). Overall a really fantastic find. I travel to Bahrain regularly on business and for leisure and I wlll definitely use this hotel from now on.

We really, really enjoyed our three nights at the Palace Boutique Hotel. Every member of the staff was attentive and friendly. The place was impeccably clean and seems well managed. I agree with others about the incredible value. If I had to name any issue...and this would be a stretch...it would be that we had a tough time filling the over-sized tub with hot water (the water became cold before it was sufficiently full). That being said, it's a very minor detail. Looking forward to staying there again.

This is my third stay at the Palace Boutique hotel over several years and every time is better than the last. Friendly, fresh and peaceful . I love the rooms especially the touch of luxury L'Occitane toiletries and gorgeous large showers. Room serve is 24 hours and the food can not be faulted and even better is MASSO restaurant , by Susy Masetti which is just feet from the front entry. The Palace Boutique Hotel is close enough to the city and Diplomatic area to be there in a few minutes by car or cab, less time to the Juffair area and more importantly is safe and quiet. Luxuriously comfortable beds make this Heaven in a hotel for me.

Stayed at The Palace over a dozen times and every time I stayed there it was great! The staff are hospitable and helpful and always greet you with a smile from the moment you walk in the front door. The room are a good size, and they are ALWAYS clean. For the price you will not find a better place to stay in Bahrain.THe location is excellent as it is situated close to Aadliyah where all the restaurants are. The room service is also pretty good. Great place overall.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the new part of the hotel.

My stay at The Palace Hotel from beginning to end was superb, the meet and greet was friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious, comfy and had great bathrooms and showers.
The staff could not do enough for the guests and my meal in Masso was the icing on the cake.
The palace hotel is a great little gem and the plans for the future is going to make it one of the leading boutique hotels in the Middle East.
Definitely worth a visit and would choose it over the large corporate hotels anytime.

Room Tip: High floors are very good
