The food (no matter if it's sushi, grilled fish, salads, noodles) is absolutely top-notch. And we'd be going here much more often if the rest of the package were just as good.
But there is an apparent problem with the service personnel, as they are slow and do not pay attention to the customers or details of any sort. If I were running this wonderful venue (the interior is breathtaking and catapults you right into the samurai age), I'd either brief the personnel intensively or replace it altogether!
It is a bit pricey, but hey, if the service matched the quality of the dishes, I wouldn't really care!
Oh, and beware of Friday nights: they have a DJ in the first floor lounge who thinks it's cool to mix hard electronic beats at a deafening volume with the supposedly ancient flair of the venue. Not good at all!
