During my stay at the Radisson Blu, I had dinner at Shogun. This is a typical Asian food restaurant with variaty between Thai, Chinese and Japanese food. I opted for a menu that is prepared by a chef on a hot pan in front of my seating. The seating is in a U shape and very comfortable. You can also have next to you other persons that are being served similar meals. The locals are very friendly and quick to open discussion. The menu is very wide but the guidance of the person taking orders are not so clear leaving me to fish a little by looking at other peoples dishes and asking for the same. The food quality and taste are very good and the animation is also appreciated. The quantity of food is enormous and it was very hard to go over all what was offered. The servants have a tendancy to be very quick on retrieving empty dishes and cups you feel that they are picking them out of your mouth. The extra zele to serve need to be recalibrated. The atmosphere is nice and decoration is typical of Asian restaurants. There is a 'lay by' area near the entrance where you can relax after dinner on large coaches to have your tea or coffee.
