This is a fine dining experience. the décor is lovely and being able to sit and have dinner with an amazing view is spectacular -- the views are romantic (albeit I was not there for a romantic dinner, in fact it was business with colleagues to celebrate...but still ... it is that sort of restaurant). This is one of the few (only?) places a female westerner can take off their abaya for dinner - not that this is important for me, but if you are an expat and want to dress up for a nice dinner out with your spouse, without the abaya, this can be done. While the food was a bit fancier than my taste, it had great presentation and what I ordered was good. My colleagues loved their dishes (salmon I believe). The staff were attentive, but this is a dining "experience" meant to take time and enjoy in between servings. So I think sometimes it seems they are not around to refill drinks as quickly as one would expect. But very polite and courteous.
Worth a visit, and while there you can go outside to the observation deck which is an added bonus.
