Its a Thai chain and its a fun fact that in Riyadh the taste of their pizza is far better than what they have in Thailand. I just love their Seafood Supreme pizza. The white sauce which they put on the base is heavenly!

I tried to do a 'walk in' at Burger Boutique with my family last week, but the place was packed with customers and their was a 45 minute wait to be seated. With only a little amount time on our hands before all the shops in town locked their doors for the evening prayer, we hurried across the road and into this joint...

All I can say is - Absolute Garbage!!! and ask myself, “when will I ever learn to open my eyes”, and “how could I put my family thru this”

First impression upon sitting: This place is falling apart! Our table was wobbly to the point we had to watch our food carefully to prevent it from falling off. The surfaces of the tables were UGLY from all the scratches, engraved comments, and general abuse that they had endured over the years . The curtains outside all of the cubicles had greasy stains on them, the caulking and the tiles were dirty, as were the edges of the skirting boards. Everywhere I turned to look it was just dirty!!!

We were sat at a table beside one of the yellow pillars holding up the roof. At least I think it was yellow- and at least I think it was a pillar. Perhaps a mouldy cheese straw? it was hard to tell thru the layer of filth coating it. One of several 'cheese straws". Best time of my life, sat there staring at that hideous monstrosity, waiting for our food and wondering to myself what the inside of the kitchen might look like!!!

For some strange reason, some guy pushing the trolley around collecting dirty dishes decided to give it a shove at one point then turn to talk with a friend. Fortunately, he turned back just in time to prevent a collision with our table. Damn, there went my excuse for bailing the family up and fleeing this joint!!!'

Staff were all friendly and polite, but there just weren't enough of them - the few we did see were literally running to deal with customers. Don't you think serving staff should have enough time on their hands to at least say "hello" and exchange a few pleasantries when they come to take an order? No time for that here!! Shouldn't they also have time enough to return at some point during the meal to ask, "is it to your liking, do you need anything else?"

The drinks were OK. One pizza arrived over-cooked - to the point that you couldn't tell where the cheese stopped and the other ingredients started, the other had a squeeze of sauce, with one-or two seafood-looking items tossed on board. Boring! One item arrived cold, so we tried to catch a waiters attention and inform him... No time to stop, he just wandered on past our table. We had practically finished our meal by the time someone came to take the cold (appitizer) away. When returned to us, it was over-cooked. I handed it back and said to "take it away". Still, it was on the bill we received later on. I made sure it was removed!!!

Serving dishes had large ugly chips all over them. Why these items still being used is beyond my comprehension - The moment they were damaged in some way, shape or form, they should be taken out of circulation. Paying customers should not have crap like this placed in front of them!!

Even the wallet that the bill arrived in was almost crumbling in my hands - well past being put out to pasture... Just like The Pizza Company, Olaya St!!!!

We eat out often, and this was truly one of the most awful dining experiences I've had during my 14 years in Riyadh - and sadly I saw it coming as we walked in the door. The only reason I stuck this place out was because of the late hour, and having three hungry kids in tow. Next time though, I'll give 'em each a cookie and wait that 45 minutes for a table at our initial choice...
