Nice rooms and friendly service. Connected to one of Riyadh's premier shopping malls. Good food although it is unrealistically expensive when compared to good restaurants in Riyadh.
close to main tourist areas in riyadh and located on one of the most famous roads in riyadh

Dear toxicologist,

It is wonderful to read that you enjoyed your stay with us at Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel during your last stay in Riyadh, and we appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback.

We are happy to read that you enjoyed our hotel and all its facilities including our dining options. Our fine dining prices are very competitive with the market here in Riyadh, and I hope that will not distract you from enjoying all our restaurant options. I stayed there twice, for one week. Nice property; good rooms; good food; friendly staff; good spa; well located to meet business partners. Nothing phenomenal in the way one is treated, but nothing negative to say either, so the whole thing makes it a very pleasant place to stay while in Riyadh.

I remember staying at this hotel a few years back and it was one of the nicest hotels I've been to in Saudi Arabia. I stayed there last weekend and while it's still one of the nicest hotels in Saudi, it is starting to feel like it's a little old in terms of decoration and so on. Nevertheless, this is a luxury hotel and excellent service. I tried their Italian restaurant which was having a brunch on Saturday and the food was excellent with a very enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good but definitely not the best.

Room Tip: I stayed at the hotel but they have a separate building for modern suites which seem to be a lot new...

This hotel rightly claims to be the best in Riyadh, and because of that, the best in KSA. It tops the list because of the service, which is impeccable but understated; the rooms are comfortable and just as important, the A/C runs quietly in the background. The restaurants serve great food and very importantly, the breakfast is the nearest to an English breakfast I have eaten abroad.

A great hotel to stay at, particularly for females which is very important for Saudi. The hotel is attached to the mall and the Globe restaurant is worth dining at. The service and staff could not be faulted and the breakfast and lunchtime options were great too.

I did not experience any problems whilst staying here. I arranged transfers from the airport which ended up being cheaper than the taxi that my colleague paid for.
