The position of the hotel from "Haram" is excellent and convenient. There were plenty lifts and were very fast, various food shops were available in the sorrounding area and the overall services of the hotel were excellent. We shall stay in "Hilton - Makkah" again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. Arrived at about 9pm and check in was smooth and pretty quick. Picked Hilton because of the location and the location is excellent, just a few minutes away from Haram. The rooms were quite big and the bathrooms were a good size. We had interconnecting rooms as we were traveling with kids. Breakfast was superb with a variety of hot and cold foods. Tried room service once and the food was "so-so" the vegetables were okay but the steak tasted very soapy !!! Also had buffet lunch on one occasion and it was fantastic, had a variety of very tasty food and really outstanding waiters, we had one who was brilliant. The hotel has quite a few lifts but they can get quite busy just before prayers and after prayers although you will not wait for a long while.
There is a shopping mall within the hotel which was wonderful if you wanted to shop or eat at the many fast food restaurants.
Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton and In sha Allah cannot wait to come again. Keep it up.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Hilton hotel . We had a Kaaba facing room which was beautiful but a bit small. Internet you have to pay a bit expensive. Plenty of lifts so no waiting, close proximity to the haram. Shopping mall at hotel . Staff friendly .. Breakfast is very good. Stayed here before and will return again and again. Inshallah

I have reviewed the Makkah Hilton previously but on this occasion we stayed in a two bedroom King suite in the main Hotel (rather that the Towers) which I thought merited a special review.

As a family with 3 adults and 4 children along with visiting relatives (who had their own rooms) the living / dinning room provided by the suite was ideal as we could all sit and eat together with a fantastic view of the Holy Mosque and Kabba. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the good housekeeping service and fully met our needs. This was possibly one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in and really made our stay in this holy city very comfortable.

Full marks also go to the Makkah Hilton for the service provided by their staff which was excellent throughout. Efficient and friendly checkin and generally good service in the restaurants. All the staff seemed genuinely welcoming and keen to please which in my experience is not usually the case in Saudi hotels.

Food at breakfast was good with an excellent selection. We had the dinner buffet on one night and although the food was again excellent we thought that this was a little over priced. Room service was however reasonably priced and quick which was handy for feeding the children.

The only two minor issues were that the complementary Arabic coffee and snacks only turned up on the first two days, we are not sure if this was intentional or not, and the car park service was a complete mess. It took me three visits and 30 minutes to get the car parking charged to my room the first time I tried to get out of the car park, needless to say I did not try and again and payed in cash on the other occasions, I would have thought this would be a simple thing to fix and too be honest will not effect you at all unless you happen to be driving to Makkah.

All in all, having stayed a numerous hotels in the central Haram area this stay was my best experience so far. Genuine hospitality and a perfect room.

the distance between the haram and the hotel is about 100 meters, which makes the hotel a splendid place to stay during your ummra. the rooms are excellent and the food is plenty with variety to suit every family member ....i love the place and keep coming back with my family ...

Room Tip: the rooms at the city view are larger than the one at the haram view ...

Neat, clean, excellent new lobby, rooms spacious , clean, excellent housekeeping services,
Breakfast , evening buffet outstanding. It is worth to buy package with food because outside food choices are not that great.I think staff was exceptionally nice.
Wifi is too expensive, 30 dollars for one device. Connection is slow. They need to improve on this.
If I go to Mecca,I will stay there again
