For sure the hotel has very good location in Abraj el Beit where it is very near the Haram with little walk you can reach king AbedulAziz gate. The rooms are beautiful, luxrious, clean, and has a nice view of Makkah moutains. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent with delicious and wide variety of any type of food you wish for.
Some unineresting issues can be better like the elvators not all of them go to the lobby and there is no mark to know which ones go. The restaurant is in ball room in another hotel where you have to walk some distance to reach it.
I enjoyed the stay and for sure will repeat it.
