This hotel is about 18 months old. 5 star and then some. With the shear volume of guests at this hotel, I am surprised it has held up to the ratings. Certainly the best breakfast offering I have ever seen- grandest and extremely appetizing. All of it.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms all have twin basins. A huge shower. No tub- which is a good thing.
Fridge, kettle, hair dryer and the usual shampoo etc were standard. Good quality towels too. Reception and check-in was simple. Too many elevators, and never a wait. There's an office level and a prayer level and 3 levels of souk style shopping with an additional food courts level
Purpose to mecca is spiritual, but these guys know all the buttons to press to sway you Tom commercialism. Yep you will shop and shop and shop. Enjoy your stay and remember me in your communications to your lord.

well there's no complain about the location it's nice , the rooms are so clean , there are so many elevators no need to worry about that , friendly stuff but need experience , there's no haram view because it's in the last of alsafwa towers . the food ok . have car parking but the main flow of this hotel is they take high charge for the car park .. 200 SAR / day !!!

Very very convenient in terms of distance to Haram and Service. The food spread are superior. Lifts are efficient. They have their own mosque. 1 thing Probably they can improve is security measure.. May be a security card to go the rooms.

I like the location, near to King Abdul Aziz Gate and the entrance of women area.
The room of double occupancy is small.
The hotel is located in Al Safwah tower.so plenty of food being sold at this tower.
If you are Malaysians, you can find D'Saji Felda in this tower.

This was a nice surprise to me specially with contradictory previous reports about this hotel. It is located at Abraj Al Safwa and opens at Ajyad street only 20 meters from the Haram square area. the hotel is clean, with generous room size, good staff, friendly concierge and excellent front desk. the Tower itself comprises of three hotels and small size indoor market. I liked the breakfast lounge size and service, although the menu was somewhat limited and with minimal diversity. but satisfies most tastes. The business center is for free and allows print out of boarding passes. Wi fi was free but somewhat weak in my 12th floor room.

Great hotel great location (just didn't like the bottle neck after prayers at the entrance of the haram) great breakfast great staff and most of all so so blessed to be here in this magical place alittle pricey but with small children I will 100% stay here again without a doubt the only thing is I would rate it no more than 4 stars rather than 5 but then again it's not European standards so am more than happy I chose this hotel it's alittle hard to find if you haven't been before as this was my 3rd time it was alittle easier I did my homework before I went so was able to locate it the 1st time
