Hotel is located 5 mins from Madaba center. You can easily go by walk to every sites in Madaba. It's also very good alternative to Amman hotels. Cheap (0,40 JD) minibuses to Amman going from here to many places in Amman. If You need private taxi, hotel can arrange one for You. Offered prices are reasonable. They also organise airport pick-up and drop-off. If You going further south of Jordan, hotel can arrange minibus to Karak, Dana or Petra for 15 JD/pp.

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Manager helps us on every step, like findning bus connections, giving ideas of sightseeing, etc. One day even give us a ride to bus station and driving around looking for right bus for us.

Breakfast is very good. It's made specially for You, at time which You want - that's why everything is always hot. And You can always ask for more or for something special - they will make it for You. Hotel offers also menu for lunch or dinner. It isn't expensive and is very tasty.

Rooms are clean and nice. Have bathrooms, satelite TV and some even A/C and balcony. I stayed in few hotels in Jordan and i can say, that Salome's rooms is even better than rooms in some 4-star hotels.

I can honestly say, that when I come back to Jordan I'll stay in Salome hotel again.

I have stayed at Salome Hotel In the begening of July. I had a reamerkable stay. For the rate i paid i never would of thought that the hotel will be with such high standards. The employess were very welcoming and they also were very helpful. They organized my trip just the way i wanted them to.
The room was very spacious and it had a wonderful view. The television had more than enough channals and the rooms were perfectly air-conditioned. The best thing that was at the hotel is how clean the rooms were ( and everyother place in the hotel)
The food was outstanding. Thay also prepared a traditional plate for me which i absouletly loved.
If i were to visit Jordan any other time i would definately go back to Salome Hotel. They made my trip tp Jordan wonderful.

Very friendly place with clean rooms, nice breakfast and helpful staff. My bag was lost (turned out someone else took it and didn't tell for 2 days) and they were very helpful in getting it back, calling the airport and handling services. When I tried to give the owner a pretty big tip, he returned half of it because it was 'too much'! They also do great trips to Mt Nebo, the Dead Sea and Bethany (25 JD per verhicle!) and have a excellent serice driving you to Petra through the beautiful King's Highway (15 JD per person, at least three people, but they call around to see if other hotels have people that are interested). Would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I spent five of our eight nights in Jordan at the Salome and loved it. The food, the exceptional cleanliness, decor and the attitude of the entire staff are Four Star and counting. In fact, we drove back twice and started again at the Salome because no place else came close to the sense of security and warmth that emanates from the Salome.
By the way give the Haret Jdoudna Restaurant a miss----rude people who have arrived and have let their service slide---we walked out.
