This is a family owned hotel. Which is very neat & cleanly kept. It is a good choice to stay if you transit via airport to petra. Also to mention one of the most famous restaurant in jordan is just like a 5 mins walk.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. Great internet/wifi. Wonderful breakfast. Everyone who works there was very helpful. In the heart of Madaba, which is lovely to walk around in, but also very close to the international airport as well.

I was very impressed with this place! The rooms and showers are spacious, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was great. Very comfy beds!

The only snafu was that they ran out of water the first night we were there and had to wait an hour to take showers because they were filling up the water tank.

Although obviously not a 5 star hotel I am rating Mosaic City as Excellent because it exceeded my expectations and was a great value.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke English well. The hotel was laid out in such a way that it felt homey and not at all cramped. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location... walkable to everything in Madaba.

This was our first stop in Jordan and in hindsight we should have taken advantage of the $13 JD bottle of wine in the room as alcohol was extremely expensive everywhere else we went.

We got horribly lost on the way from the airport... I wish I could offer a tip to others on how to avoid this but we never did get the hang of navigating the roads. At least Jordanians are friendly and eager to help!

One tip I do have is that anyone visiting Jordan should check out Wadi Mujib! http://www.rscn.org.jo/orgsite/Reserves/MUJIBNATURERESERVE/Trails/tabid/220/Default.aspx
I suppose it gets left off most guided tours because the hikes require that you be in pretty good physical shape but it was the most fun we had on our whole trip. It is relatively easy to access from Madaba via a lovely scenic drive (Dead Sea Panoramic Complex is on the way). Have fun!!

Room Tip: The rooms have balconies but from the rear of the hotel the view is not much to look at so it would...

The hotel is difficult to find (due to the huge number of one way roads) but it is stategically located close to the attractions of the city. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are modern and with large new showers. The staff is helpful, kind and extremely friendly.

Consider this lovely hotel as a base for exploring Jordan. This family-run hotel is the most friendly place I have ever stayed. The accommodations are standard, but the service was extraordinary. On a family vacation that included six of us coming and going at different hours and to many places in Jordan, someone was always available to guide us, set up car services, and even help make future arrangements. Over the course of five days we met everyone in the family--all of them eager to offer advice and assistance. There was no request that was too large or too small for their attention. On a night that I was alone, they opened the restaurant to serve me dinner after their regular hours. When two young women walked out to find the pharmacy, a staff member watched from a respectful distance, but stepped when they made the wrong turn and guided them to their destination. Who could ask for more?
