What I love about Al Bawadi in Amman is that you can always expect what to receive. The food quality is always the same and the speed of service is always fast no matter how full they are. The quality of Arabic food is reasonably good. They are particularly good at the mansaf and at certain appetizers. The restaurant setting is bedwin style and the ambiance is generally relaxed and enjoyable. The restaurant is huge, and I was told the capacity exceeds 1,000 customers. If you are in Amman, it is a must to try it as it represents an authentic local experience. with good quality.

Our party of four had lunch at Reem Albawadi on a weekday in June. Entering the place feels like stepping into an earlier age – one could almost imagine Laurence of Arabia striding through the place in the company of a gaggle of Arab sheiks. We sat at a table outside, under the tents, and with a light breeze blowing we weren’t bothered by some shisha smokers a couple of tables away. Both the appetizers and the grilled platters that we ordered were well prepared and attractively presented, although some of the meat was a trifle dry. Service was attentive and fairly prompt. Bill-tallying was handled rather informally, but, as far as we could tell, we were not overcharged. As others have remarked, alcohol is not served but there is a variety of non-alcoholic alternatives and the coffee is a good deal better than what’s generally available locally. Will definitely come back the next time.

When my mother and I used to live in Jordan we used to take guests and visiting family members there. This was our favourite restaurant and we used to go there twice a month or so.
The food was the best and everything about it was amazing. The waitors were so friendly and polite, as you'd expect in a Jordanian restaurant, and the service was top quality.
The food was delicious and well decorated on the plate. They have a range of arab and foreign foods that they cook to the best quality possible!!
I thoroughly recommend this store.
If I was still in Jordan, I would go again!!
You need to get there with an empty stomach as there is so much to eat and so many things you will order and leave on the plate!! If you do, ask the waitor to put your food in a box to take home as its still delicious the next day!

Excellent service, fantastic atmosphere, outstanding food. You have at least 2-3 people constantly standing to serve you. Wide choices of food. The do a great job with portion and will not feed you unnecessarily. If your breads get cold, they will replace them with warm once.

We were suggested to visit this place by 3-4 people during our trip to Amman. The food was nice and we loved it. The only issue was that the staff did not know English and communicating with them was a problem. While placing the order, we wanted to understand the menu well as most of the dishes were new to us. But nobody could help us and we were left on our own to place the order.
