This hotel is reasonably good value. Unfortunately the non-smoking room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Although advertised as having a full kitchenette, cutlery and plates were only provided on request - after I'd bought mugs and basics from the supermarket. It's not possible to cook or re-heat food, even though there is a hot plate unless you buy pots. Rooms have a minibar and bottled water is provided daily, but I discovered on check-out that it is at 10 times the cost that you will pay down the road at a shop. Convenience costs! Big plus is the wifi and the general location.

Located at walking distance from the fifth circle, this hotel is a great value for money proposition. Rooms include facilities for cooking, internet is free and the staff are courteous and friendly. I have stayed here three times and love to keep getting back here. They have a pretty cool breakfast as well. For a vegetarian like me, there would be atleast one hot vegetarian option other than the salads, hummus, bread and so on. Overall, great place to stay.

I choosed this hotel based on some relative recommendation! My trip to Amman was for eight days and I was planning to stay with my wife and one year child all the period in this hotel! I checked in on 28th Aug , the moment I entered the room, the decision was taken , next morning I checked out. It was horrible. although it is appartment style, yet the bed room is so small and tight we couldn't get our luggage in the bedroom. The floor is not furnished with carpet, it is ceramic which considered dangerous for my child. The worst thing happens , I was in toilet and I saw a Cockroach running in the bathroom. That was it ! I didn't even bother to call the reception to make an issue as the whole hotel needs to be shut down for many reasons.
it is also a bit expensive compared to some 5 & 4 stars. I paid JOD 75 per night while u can better with the same price!

To sum it up for you just one last advice ...DO NOT GO THERE !
Location is good tho,

The address is incorrect: the correct is Saed Bin Abi Wakkas, just in front to Ministry of Transport.
Good hotel with comfortable large suites with kitchen, ideal for families and for working in the hotel.
Breakfast standard and Internet for free.
Not bad location in a new zone with some restaurant nearby
Do not use the money change: really bad rates!
