Excellent value hotel: impeccably polite and well trained staff; helpful ordering taxis and organizing excursions if needed.

Only 15 minute walk from Jett bus station which runs to Petra - a must visit!

Good fresh food at the buffet lunch or dinner: will also oblige with packed lunches for days out.

Hotel beautifully clean throughout.

My friend and I stayed here two nights and thought for the price, it was decent. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was fairly average for a 3*. There was internet in the lobby as well which appeared to work sporadically. The gym downstairs has the basic amenities and the equipment all appeared to be in good working order.

my husband and I stayed here as part of our "On the Go" tour in Jordan. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. we had a room in the basement and there was a working lift. Our room was quite big, with a queen sized bed (quite firm), a reasonable sized bathroom and a kind of empty area which we presume was the lounge room - although there was no couch, just 2 chairs. The place looked slightly run down but the staff were nice and prompt, and spoke English well. Breakfast was adequate with some Jordanian specialties. It is within walking distance of local cuisines. We felt very safe here, it was a quite area.

Full disclosure: I was at this hotel for only about 7 hours, maybe a little less. Late night arrival and out the door the next morning at 8:00 a.m. There’s nothing *wrong* with this place as far as I can tell, but there’s nothing special or warm or welcoming about it either. Large room with very firm mattress and old furniture. There was a long hallway upon entering the room with an odd beat-up counter that did nothing, held nothing. I’m not sure what that was all about. The room was dark enough with curtains pulled. No noise from hallway outside room door, but I could hear the man in the next room snoring. The buffet breakfast was scant. You have to go through airport-like security when you enter the property—no problem there. The desk staff was welcoming when I arrived, but kind of meh when I left. A 7-8 minute phone call back to the States cost me about 9JD, not bad. Bottom line: if I come to Amman again, I’ll be trying a different hotel.

This hotel is neither far nor close to the market where you can actually do some shopping. You need to hire a taxi to go to the market close by. This hotel has very clean and neat rooms. Wi-fi being offered free in the lobby can be extended to the rooms as well. Food was very good. On specifically ordering good vegetarian food in made available. They stay in this hotel was very good and enjoyable.

Would like to be honest. Chose this hotel based on Tripadvisors ratings. But was very depressed. Staff, check in all good. Getting to rooms very confusing. Rooms very odd shaped. Its hardly downtown...its near a big bus parking lot. For those who are old and invalid - its very difficult for them to walk to downtown and then get back. As on way back one has to climb uphill. The Senior manager. Mr. ibrahim, a very nice person. He tried his best to make us comfortable but there issues mentioned above. Breakfast was not bad. They have to have more english speaking staff especially in the restaurent.

Room Tip: Have no tips as there are no views.
