“2 nights in Amman Larsa hotel”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

I've recently been to Jordan, and spent the first 2 nights at Larsa hotel while in Amman. We had 3 rooms, and we got an upgrade to one of them. My room was OK. Clean, big bed but nothing special. However, good value for money. They only downside was probably the bathroom. The shower wasn't great, and the water pressure wasn't amazing...but, given the fact that Jordan lacks of water,..I didn't feel like complaining! Really good breakfast!

I don't understand the extremely negative comments from earlier this summer. My four nights there were an extremely nice experience. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless; the wifi worked well, no stoppages; the staff were very courteous and helpful; the restaurant had great breakfast and dinner buffets--breakfast included with the room and dinner very reasonably priced. The desserts were exquisite, especially the chocolate mousse. The restaurant on the ground floor is non-smoking, with tables outside the entrance for those who want to smoke. The cafe/restaurant on the main floor allows smoking, tho there is an outside terrace available where you can have a table away from smokers. I had 2 beds in the room--one was too soft, so moved to the firmer bed. The only negative is the street traffic, which is beyond their control, tho the windows are all double pane. A room facing away from the street would be quieter. A very pleasant time for my days in Amman.

Rooms were very clean and staffs were very kind and helpful
When we arraived, hotel orwner was in lobby. ( we did not who she was. ) She offered her hand made sweets to us. She talked all staffs like son or daughter.
Very warm atomosphere.
To centrum, it is a bit far. But it is only 5 JDH. We diffenately use the hotel when we go back to Amman.

Disclosure - its not my first time in this Hotel.

i visit Jordan several times, and its about to write a nice rivew for this Hotel that i come to visit it agian this weekend.
the price is very cheap considering for what you get.
1. The hotel is located in very Quiet neighborhood, so you can have a quit night and sleep well.
2. The Lobby is small, but very Comfortable and furnished. and again, you got a quiet qulity time at the lobby.
3. the rooms are very big comparing other 3 stars hotels. and also frunished well.
4. the shower toom is a little bit small, there is no bath, only shower, but its so very clean like home level !!! ( fantastic )
5.The price !!! 52$ for couple room and 82$ for a triple room !!! wow !!!

two important things :
1. The hotel is located little bit far from the itry center, so you need transportation ( Taxi ) wich almost are not availble. Most of the Taxi don't get to the hotel, becasue the Hotel is located on byroad. but same time the Taxis are very cheap, averrage taxi will take 1JD up to 1JD its something like 2-3 US Dollars.
the hotel is offering " car service " which the Hotel driver can take you any were you like like a taxi. but its little bit Expensive. if you will decided to order a taxi by the Hotel, it will cost you 5JD + distunce charge.

2. The hotel is not so far from City mall and Meccas mall, so if you like malls, you are so close to them.

bottom line. its hard to find Hotel with the service of Larsa with Larsa price. i recommend to visit this hotel.

Rooms are really big, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Helpful recepcionists and private cars that takes u to downtown per 5 JD (around US$ 10). Good breakfast and restaurant 24 hours, even in Ramadan! Located near shopping malls, with free transfers from the hotel.

Fair enough hotel in the Amman suburbs. Ideally located if you're picking up a rental car - far enough out of the total madness that is driving in Amman! Clean rooms, attentive staff. It is just off a main road too. Good breakfast and not a bad evening buffet if you don't fancy the taxi ride into town. Free wifi too. A quirk of the aircon is have it on heat - but set to a very low temp ;-) No water/bar in room but there is a little corner shop a half a minute from the hotel - a pharmacy too should you need one.
BBC world is available - if like me you need an English speaking channel.

Room Tip: Our room was at the front of hotel - overlooking the main road but didn't present any problems...

My Son and I stayed at this nice hotel in April, 2013. We found Hotel to be very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly. The Breakfast and dinners were good with a nice selection of food. One of the manager at the desk Mr. Ricky Haddad was especially good. He had lived in the USA. His english was perfect and he went out of his way to help us. We were very satisfied with this hotel and recommend it very highly. Such great quality at the price we paid cannot be beat.
