Great Hotel, they have excellent cushions and very relaxing beds, very well located wihin the city of Amman, breakfast is quiet good. Outside seating is great, nice service and music. We stayed in October and it was quiet chilly in the evening, so take a sweater in this time of the year.

I stayed in Kempinski for a week during a business trip in Amman. I have to say I was surprised with rooms, were more of a 3+/4 stars hotel rooms rather than a Kempinski. They however were very clean and had a nice view. Bathroom had a glazed façade that allowed me to enjoy late night baths over a view of Amman at night, which was amazing. The lounge, pool, bar, restaurant were all very good. Staff were very helpful. Location was also good surrounded by busy shopping streets with lots of restaurants/cafes and local shops.

rooms are clean, room service have some problems but good enough, have a very good bar with pool and bowling ally, locations is very good for Arabian nights / night life, reception was very helpful, but heard some wired things about this hotel in 2009 about problems with a kitchen chief. Don't Care just love it.

Wonderful experience, extremely hospitable staff. The pool and lounge were a welcome getaway after a long working day. The staff were friendly and professional. There are lots of variety stores and restaurants around that area.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 7th floor and it was all right, however our friends stayed on the side overlooking...

I came to this hotel first a few years ago. It was brand-new then and one of Amman's best. It has meanwhile lost some of it lustre. The rooms are still ok, but start to appear a little dated. Try to ask for the Executive floors on 7th and 8th. The restaurants could do with a little more creativity. There is a bar around the pool at night, usually with blasting techno music. Overall, this is still a good no-frills hotel, supported by reasonable room rates. The area around the hotel is relatively soulless with lots of construction and a few fast food joints.
