Millenium hotel Amman is a really modern and comfortable hotel. The lights, A/C system and everything in the room is controlled with a domotic. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you in anything you need.
We tried one of the hotel restaurants (Fattoush - Lebanese food) and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet is also really complete and offers a wide variety of national and international dishes.
The only negative point i see is that the wifi connection is not free (10 JD for 24h which in my opinion is a high price taking into consideration the price you are already paying for a room). We have been travelling around Jordan for one week and it was the only hotel where we stayed where the wifi connection wasn't free.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel.The hotel is very clean, modern, good location, and the staff are friendly. The room is very nice with touch screen to manage the room lights.
Everything in this hotel is great.

I visit Amman frequently and every time I choose different hotel, Millennium Amman is very modern and stylish as all millenium hotels in the world. everything is smart in the room. Breakfast is very good, but the swimming pool is relatively small and is in the last floor if the hotel. Service is very good and the location is inside the shmisani area which is few meters from cafes open at night.

well the hotel itself is beautiful but unfortunately the management did not pick people whom studied hotel management meaning they do not value the customer in regards to a graduate of hotel management besides on person whom was very courteous but i did not get his name .
we checked in and asked for a smoking room and Mr. Kamel and Mr.AL AQQAD confirmed to us that the room they gave us was a smoking room, to our surprize from returning to the hotel after we checked in we left and came back first to find to our surprise when we spoke to the reception asking them for an ashtray they refused to send us one and said that we are in an non smoking room ( this is very bad miscommunication with their front desk whom checked us in he should have written a note that he allowed us to smoke in that room on his computer) although you could easily see on the carpet signs of burned cigarettes, that was the first night, the second night we left at 3:30pm and put the sign to clean the room and on our return to our surprise the room was not cleaned so we called the reception to complain and a very kind and well educated person spoke to us and he strait away resigned us not only to a new room but a smoking room i could not remember his name but the hotel will know him as of his shift.
basically you need to re educate your personnel in hotel management and how to treat your clients thats if u want them to return.
i was fed up with the hotels general attitude and booked at my favorite hotel which is the landmark amman although its dated but as the saying goes old is gold and the general service is excellent as its in london where i usually stay. in marleybone 222

My third stay at the hotel since it's opening - only getting better. Comfortable spacious rooms, quick elevators, great pool and sauna area, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk. Great location - easy to walk out and grab a meal or snack.

It happens that i visit Amman frequently and every time I choose different hotel, Millennium Amman is good hotel with nice staff , clean and good service.
their breakfast is good and accommodation price is reasonable.

The only thing i didn't like is internet i.e. poor signal and slow ,
Also the TV channels are limited

This hotel exceeded my expectations. One of the best experiences we had anywhere. The General Manager, Nabil Khuzouz, was extremely warm in welcoming us upon our arrival & made us feel special. Outstanding hotel amenities.
