The ambience was just right for a upscale but casual dining experience. Tastefully decorated, but open enough to enjoy people watching by Second Circle, the restaurant takes advantage of its spacious interior to create a relaxed and modern space. The food was excellent - traditional Lebanese mezze (small dishes) with several interesting new takes on old ideas. The portions were small, so if you're hungry, order more than one per person. The prices are great, and very reasonable given the area. It's usually pretty empty, but that's only because it hasn't been discovered yet! Get there before it is!
