Probably the best veg restaurant in Amman. Good for families and friends. Wonderful food esp Falafel and Hummous and good service. What I didn't like though was the restaurant allowing guests to smoke inside.

If you are new to Amman then just go straight to Abu Jbara to eat hummus and falafel no need to look anywhere else. Authentic taste that really shows what a hummus must taste like. Clean and price is much higher than other one.

I have tried more than 10 hummus restaurants in Amman in the past 5 days. Starting with hashim to hammooda to alamanah to abu rajaai and abu Akram in Zarqa. But if you are visiting jordan, and want to experience true good quality clean hummus. Then you have to go to abu jbara. I was there in the last day of Ramadan at 3am. And we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, which is fine since us and 500 other people had to finish eating before 4am. They had no problem taking our order and serving the food in less than 15 minutes. The food was great. U have to try the fatteh and the msabha. And the fresh baked pita bread right out the oven. A bit pricy for the locals but 100% worth it.
