Vinaigrette is situated at the top floor of Al Qasr Metropole hotel and it enjoys a great view of Amman. It serves international and Japanese cuisine and I think they’re one of the best sushi places in Amman. They always offer a happy hour discount which also makes it a more affordable option..
if you have a special occasion to celebrate, I highly recommend it for the service, the atmosphere, the great food and the view

We had dinner in four. The place and the view are both very nice. So, everything started pretty well but.... my starter never arrived, after reminding twice the waiter. When the others were done with theirs, I was told that "if" it was ready they would have brought it. I said no, thanks. No attention to the service you would expect in such a restaurant. On top, the staff was shouting at each other. The food was pretty good, but definitely not exceptional and also a bit spoilt by the bad atmosphere. The manager reacted well because he offered us a desert, which was very much appreciated. We thank him for that. I did not pay but prices are in line with similar restaurant. I really DO have a problem with the fact the prices on the menu do NOT include taxes in hotels. Very unusual. It makes non sense to me.

The view is amazing and the service is excellent . Amro and Riad are very welcoming every visit to Vinaigrete .
The Sushi is the best in town I love the exotic salad and the shrimp and crab salad .
