An adequate hotel. Service not brilliant and breakfast service very slow. Be warned - smoking is a big part of Jordan life and the locals smoke in the restaurant whilst people are eating - yuk. Menu's good and plentiful. Good location for Amman sites.

The location is amazing on the terms of accessibility, the breakfast buffet is good but no fresh juices, the staff are friendly and ready to help, free wireless, where u can connect, your laptop, blackberry and iphone on the same hotspot and still fast enough. Rooms are comfortable, but double beds were not available so got a twin beds.

Nice hotel - food is excellent. Hotel staff is excellent. The only complaint is the 8th floor has a jazz room and I listened to the noise until it closed at 1:30 a.m. I was on the 6th floor. Way too loud. If you're staying here and need your sleep, request a room on a lower floor. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

Room Tip: Higher floors will have to listen to the noise coming from the 8th floor jazz room. I was on the 6t...

I was on a work trip and had to stay one night at the hotel the staff was very gentle and helpful I had an upgrade to a suite and spent a very calm night after coming back from whispers which is a restaurant 2 steps from the hotel... The only thing that wasn't fast in service was the breakfast maybe that day it was too crowded

stayed 3 weeks in this large, bland looking hotel. weak customer service. my room was large and well-cleaned (with the nice arab custom of different, artistic arrangement of pillows, etc each day). a few shops and a restaurant walking distance. a basic gym. food was good, luckily.

Room Facility is more than adequate. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Property is good, however location is not that great for curious tourists as the hotel is located in the Business and Residential area. This is good hotel for groups who has already a complete program of all sightseeing. You will be out the whole day anyway.

Service may not be that good but food is great especially their desserts!
Carpet in the room looks unclean.
Room lights are not that bright making the room gloomy.
Area is relatively quiet.
While in Amman, don't miss visiting Petra.

Room Tip: Try their baklava in their buffet.
