In March my wife and I spent three nights at the Bristol Hotel. Having read some of the reviews I was a little nervous but in fact we were very pleasantly surprised: the hotel was very good and we had no problems at all.
The entrance lobby and public areas are smart, modern and well looked after. Reception staff were efficient and courteous and the concierge helpful. Our room was perfectly satisfactory, in very good decorative order and was reasonably spacious and the bed very comfortable. There was absolutely no problem with noise from other rooms.
We only had breakfast in the hotel, choosing to eat out in the evening elsewhere. But breakfast was perfectly satisfactory if somewhat unexciting. Best to stick to things that locals do best: delicious humous, for example.
